Manifesto

We’re not building “another DEX UI”. We’re building the next click after the swap: deploying capital into outcomes.

Non-custodial: user signs with Phantom. We never hold funds.
Execution-first: fewer screens, fewer steps, tighter feedback loops.
Truth in UX: if a market is not tradable (route_not_found), we show it clearly and disable only that side.
Infra respect: DFlow best execution + Solana composability.
Small budget, real product: ship the minimal terminal, then expand.

Next: better ranking panels (edges/spreads), stable routing fallbacks, and a clean public launch.
